For the month of March, ela is hosting a Summer of Spritz in partnership with 23rd St. Gin x Hotel Alba as part of the Gluttony Fringe.
The Gluttony Spritz is available for the rest of March for $18 featuring 23rd St. Raspberry and Finger Lime Gin.
While you’re here, try ela’s new summer menu featuring chargrilled prawns with mango salsa, confit tomato burrata, oysters and beef carpaccio. Snacks are available Wednesday through to Sunday from 11.30am, and can be enjoyed in the restaurant, bar or poolside.
Plus, every Friday until March 23rd will feature live music, as part of a happening weekend lazing in the sun.
