*The Sundown Soirée will commence at 5:00 PM, with the four-hour food and beverage package beginning at the same time. The final hour of the event will be at the guests’ own expense, and any additional purchases made during this time will be charged accordingly. Full payment for the event is required by 18 November 2025. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full Any dietary requirements must be submitted no later than one week prior to the event date to ensure appropriate catering arrangements can be made.
