To be eligible, the conference or event must actualise and not be cancelled, for any reason, as per the signed contract. If the event is cancelled, all rewards will be removed. Your reward selection is subject to availability and minimum spends apply. If attendee numbers change after contracting, the reward will be calculated based on the final total spend (excluding GST, AV, parking & theming) in the amended contract. The offer is non exchangeable for cash or redemption in any other form. Offer is only available at participating venues. Bookings made via third party event organisers attract additional terms & conditions – please speak with your event organiser. Third party costs (such as AV & theming) do not contribute towards total event spend. Reward must be selected at the time of booking confirmation.
